The staff were amazing...the unchecked screaming children not so much.nnVery much a community space. High demand location that could probably use a second story. Lots of places to set-up for study or such...bring noise cancelling headphones.
Nice library with a very good collection of books and DVDs.. The problem is that the library is a bit noisy and students of nearby school occupy all the space leaving hardly space/chairs for others..nThis library does not seem to have an announcement system that I have seen in other libraries in the city.. overall, very good library.. located at a very good spot for the students..
This has been a lovely place to being clients to work on using appropriate noise levels, language and community skills. It typically is welcoming and accepting of individuals of all abilities, specifically Autism. However, after coming quite regularly im disappointed that suddenly my client needs to have their shoes on. Sure, I understand we should have shoes on however this also a skill and concept this child is learning and working on. Quite disappointed that it hasn't been an issue for quite a few months but now is.
Nice library but not enough seating, teenagers from the school next door are always here around peak times. I went to study but was unable to because there were literally 0 available tables so I had to leave. Many many small children and library seems to prioritize that too.
Ridiculous!!! Every single day that I’ve come into this library during the week or the weekend, there’s music or loud conversations happening. How is this even possible when people need to study and pay attention? Never in my life have I ever seen anything like it. This is absolutely unacceptable and we do not need these kinds of events happening at a Library, as people need to be calm, quiet and professional. I’ve called the main phone line to complain as well. I’m furious tbh.
