The merchandise isn’t always appealing to my age when it comes to stuff outside of food but the cashiers are friendly and helpful especially with packing I’ve noticed not many stores do that anymore so it’s good. The bench is very helpful because it’s inside for when the weather isn’t good and it’s helpful when me and my mom have to wait for a ride especially since she has a disability my mom is a regular customer and was given free Christmas cups for shopping often. The employees clearly value their customers

Great prices and selection! The staff are especially nice. It would be 5 stars if they had a place to sit! It constantly surprises me that stores don't do their cashiers the kindness of having stools. Please consider this for them!

I understand that it's a Giant Tiger but geez... Every time I go in this store I'm reminded of a dirty old Bargain Harold's or the like. There are a few nice staff but the rest walk around like zombies and hiss at you if you look in their general direction. Welland Ave. has worse clientele but better staff and is an all around better store in my humble opinion.

Was at the Scott st location in st Catharines.nAnd had the nicest young man at the register so kind and friendly . I'm very impressed and I know how hard it is to deal with some people.nOct 1st 2024 @1.19 pm Till 2071....He needs. Big Thank you from the bosses!!

Really good prices on certain items, but could be better with more cashiers instead of how they switched to more self checkout. Only two checkouts is not enough at all.
