Very friendly and inviting staff. Store is always clean and organized.. My favorite store in Niagara.

If I could give several -stars I would probably give them a -10 I was kicked out of the store for wearing a backpack, I got the incident on video. Asking for paying customers backpacks is bad customer service, and is extremely rude. Business' shouldn't be taking anything from customers other than money from a transaction.

From a person donating this is the worst location. The manager is extremely rude and ungrateful. If you don’t want people to ask if they can drop off things at 8:50 am instead of 9:00 then don’t have all the doors open, lights on. Also if you want people to come back in ten minutes to donate to your store, try not complaining about how everyone inconvenience you by coming and asking if they can drop off stuff before 9 am. People are kind enough to come to this location that appears to be open for donation because of you so don’t be rude to them referencing the sign. Upon return only to refuse to take items because you they don’t move off the shelves well and tell us everything is on camera only to throw a bike helmet at my car as I pull away after you decide to go through more bags. If you are going to be this picky about donations take your own advise and put a sign up on wall for people to see. If you are going to imply people can read 9 am is the open time on the sign maybe you should put the list of the items you want donated only. We donate everything we can, moving to Florida donated my entire house to family and friends of my family for nothing but never dealt with such a rude person that’s job is to take free stuff to sell. Not always the cleanest but is improving. I often feel there's little respect held for the items people donate. Good selection of ladies wear.

The staff here seems to suck now - it was different about three years ago. The staff here are unfriendly and the place is very disorganized and hard to shop. Most of their stuff is pretty lame, as well! Go around the corner to Christian Benefit Thrift Shop for a much better experience!
