I went to Zehrs to buy a birthday cake, and I had a great experience! The woman who helped us was very friendly, patient, and helpful. She explained the options clearly and made sure we got exactly what we needed. The cake was fresh, beautifully made, and absolutely delicious. So many amazing choices. It was hard to pick just one! Thank you for the great service and quality.

I just went out of the store ..nYou can't stop selling the products 15 minutes before the close ..nnInstead of playing on the phone for 15 min till you punch out bakery lady, you can continue doing your job.nnAt least when I asked you about something, you don't need to be rude, just smile and be normal.

The food here is very good and have a lot of TNT frozen selections and tons of options. I really like this place and love their food. I just don't like the sauce section because they never restock the Japanese seasame oil or run out all the time when I'm there. Otherwise, its really good and I like this place a lot.

The bakery has been plagued with a variety of flies for months and months. They are always swarming in the donut case. Now I am finding them in other products. This one was INSIDE the box of danishes. There is no way that the store is not aware of this issue. This supposedly full service store offers zero customer service, and the pest infestation is out of control.

Self serve how about putting a sign that the price gun doesn't work. I had a tray of sandwiches. Couldn't scan it as I didn't want the lid to fall off or sandwiches to fall apart. Waited for staff who was standing there. Kept by passing me seen that I'd been there for a minute and keeps ignoring me. Tried to go to another machine she kept sending other people from cash lines to them. Until finally I had to literally scream at the top of my lungs embarrassing myself excuse me. She proceeds to say yeah I'm like I can't scan this the guns not working. She says yeah the gun doesn't work on this machine. Yeah put a sign up then. Proceeds to say yeah I'm like I can't scan this. She takes it dumps the tray upside down and scans it. Just what I didn't want. I took pictures. Whatever! Put up a sign saying gun doesn't work I wouldn't of went to that machine treat customers with respect as we are providing you with work and helping pay your salary. Pay attention instead of looking at all the new clothes that came out today. Ugh! Just so frustrated
