I have NEVER been so disappointed. Purchased a celebration cake for my daughter's birthday, and my compliments your house brand! Chocolate ice cream. Two hours later, we discovered the ice cream was freezer burned. Inspected the bottom of the carton to find it had expired in JULY 2022. ITS JANUARY 2023! Then, my family took a bite of cake. Rubbery icing, and hard cake inside. ALSO old and stale! From the bakery display! Took it back immediately while my family waited for a replacement cake. Manager Kristy stared right through me as I explained the situation, and then responded: well, are you going to get another cake or do you want a refund? I dunno what you want...". No reaction, no apology, nothing. I gor a refund a bought a new cake. At ZHERS. Shame on you Sobeys for having expired food and ruining my daughter's birthday celebration and not even offering an apology.

I'm always able to get in and out quickly at this location. They have some good vegan options. The vegan options are expensive but many times they're on sale.

Just love the lay out of the store. Easy to find products. Their vegetables and fruit section us always looking fresh. Great store to shop at.

I don't live nearby this location so I'm not a frequent shopper here but every time I come in my experience is awful. There are way too many ill mannered employees here. The old short woman behind the hot appetizers counter was so unnecessarily rude No type of customer service skills whatsoever. If you can I'd avoid this location whenever possible.

10/10 Service in the bakery. I believe it was Natasha who I talked to . She was able to help me out with getting exactly what I wanted, took all the time to check for me the ingredients and was very nice and friendly. Thanks

Experience but quality products. Could be more reasonablely priced with the more common products

Great food, pricing higher than average for most items. Bakery and fish counter is a highlight. Selection of eggs is poor high price for below average selection. We eat a lot of eggs for breakfast. Decent cheese selection and mostly fresh produce. Checkouts can be slow but still faster than Zehrs. We shop here sparingly.

Decent variety, staff are always friendly, aisles are clean. However, I have come across many products in the international aisle as well as other aisles are expired and when you point it out to the staff they don’t remove the product even after weeks! So be careful and check the dates.
