I have been dying to go to Gia since it opened and I am so happy we were able to go! The food was amazing, I have never had vegetarian food taste so good! You have to get the zucchini blossoms. The olive oil cake was also incredible. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. We also tried a few of their cocktails and they were perfect. We were seated at the very front table in the window and we could have not asked for a better spot it was such a lovely night! Thank you Gia!

This is my third visit here in a month and a half. I’m happy to be a returning diner to a restaurant with amazing vegan options. I love the ambiance and how the menu is not obvious on trendy vegan ingredients like planta’s carrot hot dog that appeared in their menu once upon a time. All the dishes were winners. Also I am not a dessert person but this is the third time I’ve ordered the olive oil cake which I appreciate for not being too sweet. Looking forward to returning and inviting more people to dine here to try out some awesome plant-based options.

My family who are very uninterested in plant based food absolutely loved every single dish!! so thank you for changing peoples minds and giving plant based food a good reputation! The baked Brie was incredible. The meatballs were heavenly. The aubergine and mushroom veg dishes were super. These were our top dishes! And the baby gem salad and lasagne. I only wished that the chocolate torte was vegan because it looked heavenly Also they have skin contact wine and natural wines they had an excellent one available by glass!

What an amazing place for awesome and friendly service to go along with delicious food. What took me by surprise was the level of quality for both the food and service. After having the opportunity to try several appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, I am happy to say this a place I would highly recommend. Great part is that their focus is on vegetarian and vegan dishes so you know it is more on the healthier side. They have a great bar and it gave me a romantic vibe here. The location is good but you will have to find parking in the surrounding areas. I would go back for sure.

Gia is an amazing plant-based restaurant with some very innovative takes on classic Italian fare. I really enjoyed the apps, in particular the olives, the salad, and the meatballs. The mains were also spectacular; their vegetarian take on what traditionally was meat's role in the dishes is just as good as, if not better than such as the meatballs some of the traditional recipes. I also really liked the ambiance of the restaurant as well as the service; it sounds weird but I really liked their utensils too.

Incredible experience here. Great atmosphere. The food was amazing, everything was so flavourful and very well done. Our standouts were the baby gem salad, focaccia, and the olive oil cake! You couldn’t tell the cake was vegan the buttercream icing paired amazingly with the cake and glaze. Hats off to the chefs for that one! This is the perfect place for a plant based meal!

My friend and I came here for a birthday dinner. The restaurant itself was nice and we enjoyed the atmosphere and service however we felt the food did not match up to our expectations. Everything we tried was alright, nothing over the top. Also we felt that the portion sizes did not match up to the price of the food. It was nice touch for the waiter to bring the ice cream with a lit candle for my birthday. Overall, it was nice to try this restaurant for one time but we probably wouldn’t visit again.

My second time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. Staff is incredible. From the greeting at the door, to ordering at the table - perfect from start to finish. I sat at the bar both times, but this last time I had the pleasure of being served by such a phenomenal bartender. I wish I had asked her name, but she was amazing. Blonde, with the best dimples ever she was so welcoming and made me and everyone else at the bar feel loved and at home. The food was unbelievable as per usual. The rigatoni was beyond what I imagined it would be, and the olive oil cake for dessert was great as usual. I love this spot. Definitely on the pricey side but worth it.

Delicious vegan experience at Gia. Half size baby gem side salad was the perfect amount. Meatballs were incredible. My partner loved his pasta and said it was one of the best he’s had in a while. My vegan filet-o-fish was nice, however difficult to cut and wish I had a sharper knife. Servers were attentive but didn’t hover too much which was nice.

We booked a reservation for Gia on Valentine's Day. I've been wanting to try this spot for a while and I was happy to save it for a special evening. The menu has a decent selection of starters and mains. Although the food was beautifully plated and delicious, I wish the 'crab' cakes and pasta dishes had slightly larger portions for the price. As others have noted, the atmosphere is quite loud and it is very dimly lit. We sat at the bar where the main light source were candles. Overall, it was a good dining experience and I will be returning to try more of their menu.
