Vic has made many custom pieces for our family in the last several years as well as sizing and repairs. He has always stood by his work, produced beautiful pieces and been more than fair regarding pricing. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

Brought my half eternity band here for repairs. Almost gave my ring back to me with a different stone missing. Luckily that was caught in the moment and they fixed it! The jeweller also tightened up the remaining settings (to prevent further stones from falling out) which I am really appreciative for. Looks great 💍

HORRIBLE product and service! My husband bought me a diamond tennis bracelet last Christmas, and it broke in the links within TWO weeks. I brought it back and was happy they exchanged it for another one with ease. Then the 2nd bracelet broke, and they fixed it, this happend THREE times. I told them I was terrified of it breaking when I was wearing it, as it's a very expensive piece of jewelry for us.The owner said he'd fix it, so it didn't happen again. I didn't even take it out of the box this time, but rather wait until a special night to wear it. I was BROKEN on the other side now. I went to go to speak to the manager again, told him, he's fixed it for me 3 times, but I want a exchange to a ring, so I wouldn't have to worry about it being broken and losing it. He turned very condescending and told me he's been very patient with me, and has fixed it for no charge. I told him it was obviously a product defect as it kept breaking. He then told me he's been in the business for 30+ years and he knows that they don't *just break*, so basically calling me a liar. I asked him to explain how it's possible that I hadn't even worn it since it came back,HOW could I have broke it??? Or even the first three times???? He was so condescending and rude. Never mind that my husband put out over $700 for the bracelet and it kept breaking.What good was it, if it broke and I lost it in the street??????

The absolute WORST experience I have EVER had with a jeweller. I bought my wife's engagement ring here and it has been in the shop more than it has been out. Every time we received it back, within a week, it had lost another stone. I intentionally picked a ring with a recessed setting to avoid this type of problem. I made it very clear the size of my wife's ring finger, as the ring was going to have to be resized, and was assured by the employee who helped me with my purchase that it would be no problem. When I brought it to be resized, I had to pay for my resizing. Then we had a problem with the band pinching where it overlapped and we asked to have it soldered to avoid this. We paid for this as well. They have had to replace at least 6 stones, claim to have reset the entire ring, and yet it's STILL in the shop. The last time we went in we were yelled at by the store owner who told us he should just refuse to fix our ring. He then told us it would take 2 full months for it to be repaired. My wife just called as we're now entering the 3rd FULL month since it was dropped off last and we were told that they had to make a whole new ring. Wonder when they were going to get around to telling us.... It's not a complicated or delicate setting. This is absolutely insane. In the last 2 years since my wife got her ring; it has been in the shop for MONTHS longer than she has actually been able to wear it. Apparently a diamond isn't forever from here. I have bought many pieces of jewellery from other places in the past and have always had a great experience and zero problems with the items I've purchased. Definitely won't be buying her wedding ring from here. This store is a joke.

The WORST experience ever with a retailer. They falsely advertised the carat size on the original engagement ring my fiance bought me and then denied it. I confronted the owner/manager and he responsed, "If you want me to feel bad for you, I don't." I was appalled and disgusted by his response but since he refused to refund the ring, we made the best of a horrible experience and exchanged it for a bigger carat, close to one I had thought, and charged us for it. Also, an accredited appraiser appraised the ring today and we discovered the ring colour was actually 3 levels lower than what the jeweller advertised/appraised.
