My boyfriend bought my beautiful promise ring at Reid's and also the matching earrings. Excellent service and gorgeous jewelry! Already picked out things for his birthday and our anniversary. They help you find what you need, the manager is my favorite. 😊👌

Do not recommend! This jewelry store is very sneaky in stating that jewelry is worth more than it really is. ALSO: Immediately after buying a product they will let you know that it is final sale! Very nice-looking pieces but not worth the risk. I recommend Pandora, Swarovski or Michael Hill which are all located elsewhere in the mall. I will not be returning to this jewelry store in the future.

STAY AWAY! The second after my purchase transaction went through the employee told me it was final sale. Both of my friends standing with me were puzzled with this shady business practice and why she wouldn't mention that beforehand.. Never again can I recommend this place with "massive savings" which is obviously falsely inflated for their sad marketing tactics.

Fake..fake..fake!!! Be careful with these guys, will not recommend buying from them. Wanted to get a pair of earrings which were on sale and they said they can't sell it for no reason. So I figured it out, it's false advertising. Anyway I am disgusted with such service and their attitude. Please don't waste your time and money.

Terrible service. They sold us a ring that was defective. The same jewel fell out twice within the warranty period and fell out again out of warranty and the owner told us to get out of the store.
