Went in for a click and collect order and found Very helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to help and take their time going through everything to make sure it was all correct even tho store was very busy. Harrison was very patient and professional in dealing with my order which needed to be adjusted due to me ordering a charm twice by mistake.

We recently purchased 6 pink angel wing rings for our daughters and granddaughters, and received excellent service, the young lady who served us went above and beyond to make sure we picked them up at the same time, if this young lady ever leaves they will hard pressed to find another one like her, the lady in question is called Gypsy, very professional, polite and knowledgeable
Considering today is the last weekend before Christmas and the store was busier than I have seen it in a long time. The staff were very friendly, happy and willing to help. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and I actually got a better deal than what I would have gotten if I had gone with my own knowledge. I would gladly recommend the store and will go back myself.
One of my favourite shops in Guildford. Service is excellent, I love going to Pandora. Their staff are always so welcoming and helpful.
Wonderful helpful staff.. Lovely jewelry, my engagement ring and other wedding jewelry is from here and I love it! They have a great selection of rose gold jewelry and other unusual pieces.
I was made to feel like a "nuisance rather than a customer. Blonde girl who works in that store i think she's full time. Has a terrible attitude.
I love Pandora but I like it even more because of the welcoming and friendly staff that work for this store
Oh all the items in that store are just exquisite, the staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is very clean and tidy, I'd by all the jewelry if I could. I highly recommend
Over priced novelty bright sparkly stuff. Wife and daughter love it. No doubt will be returning prior to Christmas
