Sandy and her team were amazing. Going in knowing nothing about rings or diamonds she made the process so simple and easy. I was able to try on different styles and see what looked good and what I didn't like. We went in November and she was able to deliver the ring for December so my husband could propose on the mountain! Ravi made the experience so easy for my husband as well. He had a rough idea what he wanted and they were able to customize a ring for him. Overall our experience was great and would totally recommend Diamond Deals!
