Ann-Louise Jewellers

Been to 3 different Ann-Louise locations. I fell in love with a ring the first time and because I had my heart set on it and another location was easier to get to, I went to go take another look the next week. It was boxing day so I understand it was busy, but the sales lady seemed to want to get me out of the store as soon as possible until I finally got across that I actually was there to look at a specific ring. I felt like because I guess I didn't look like I was the type to buy, I was immediately brushed off. The attitude of course changed when I actually insisted that I was looking for a specific ring, despite it seeming like there was still hesitancy to show me anything. I brushed off that encounter as just frustration of the holiday sales going on. This time I went to this location as I was out with a friend and wanted to show her what I had my eye on despite the previous transaction. I went straight to the display where I thought it might be and asked to see the ring. I took a look and realised it was the same ring, but had additional metal underneath that the other 2 didn't have. I questioned the sales lady wondering if they had the one I was looking for, even showing her the picture of the ring which looked the same and had the same serial number, but then she went on to tell me I was wrong, that they wouldn't carry that ring because tension style is too flimsy and it needs the extra metal underneath. Understandable, but I said that I liked the tension style as it shows off the whole jewel then she interrupts me, "No no no no no no no no no" and that it wouldn't work. cool. I show you the picture of the ring along with the tag and you deny that it even exists. I had my heart set on that ring. Even the friend I had with me was astonished that this woman was basically telling me off on designs. Congrats. You just lost my business on a $1399 ring.
