I have bought jewelry for my woman and she decided she wanted a bigger size and they wouldn't budge on their hidden exchange policy. Otherwise great jewelry.

I've bought a few jade pieces from here as well as some chains and they are absolutely beautiful! Never had a problem with the jewelry. Aside from that everyone that works there are total sweethearts. Super kind and helpful!

My husband and I got his wedding ring from them many yrs ago and all was good. Then my husband bought me a beautiful family ring from there and 3 times the stones came out and 3 times the sizing fell apart where they made it bigger for me. I had to pay to replace the stones as they didnt take responsibility for their horrible workmanship and now they say I have to pay again for my ring breaking for the 3rd time in only 2 yrs!!!! The manager Jennifer said that its been way too many times that this ring has given me a problem and she will tell the owner Simon to call me and almost 3 weeks later no call!! So when I call them Jennifer the manager said the owner says you gotta pay as its wear and tear when its actually their crappy horrible fix job!!!! I RECOMMEND NEVER BUYING OR REFERRING THEM EVER!!!!

My Grandma went here, my Aunt goes here, I remember going here when I was little and plan to go here again soon. Some of these reviews are a little out there, you don't stick around as long as this awesome jewelry store has by having crappy workmanship or poor customer service.

I purchased a watch from here a day ago and ended up finding out my father had bought me a watch for a special occasion. I decided to try to return the watch the same day i purchased it because i figured i didnt need two watches and as i walked up and asked to return it, the lady pointed to a small sign on a shelf in the back of the store. The sign said no returns, only exchange. I was never told their policy before buying something from the store. Only after i bought it and tried returning it i was told "sorry no returns" i was pretty upset after having spent $300 for no reason not knowing i couldnt return a product. If i had known this policy i never would have dealt with this un professional "establishment." All i can do is give a bad review because nothing was done to help me. I was basically told to get lost. Terrible jewelry store. BEWARE
