Garde Manger

Amazing. We had the tasting menu. The raw scallops from the seafood platter (recommend) were so fresh and tasty. We got a corner table which was super cozy and gave us a great view of the restaurant. The only weak point we found was the wine selection for by the glass. We had multiple wines and glasses to pair with the food. None of it was fantastic. Also, I don't follow the food scene, but the chef is apparently famous (Chuck Hughes). I would recommend this place.

One of the greatest experiences that I've had the opportunity to go through! The service was beyond any and all expectations. The recommendations were exquisite. The wine pairings our Customer Service Master (he was arguably the best waiter we've ever had) suggested left us, at times, at a complete loss for words. I really can't sing their praises enough. What a fantastic team!

Amazing! I dont know why they don't have a 5 star rating. We sat at the back bar the service and food is simply the best. For the quality of the food the price is very fair. We will 100% return! The only it could have been better is if Chuck would have joined us!

Food was good, not overpriced for the quality. Steak was cooked incredibly well. Descriptions of menu items could be more specific and menu could be slightly bigger. They don’t have the lobster poutine anymore so that was disappointing. It is a nice atmosphere but the name is not on the building so it was hard to find.

HANDS DOWN the best food we’ve ever had. When you come here it’s more than just the food it’s the environment in general. The staff are so personal, helpful, and kind I can’t praise this restaurant enough. If there is one place in Montreal you should visit, this is it!
