Welcome to Crossfit Constellation, we are a strong community of athletes from all walks of life and different levels of ability.

We strive to encourage all our athletes to become a stronger, healthier version of themselves by working on improving their body awareness and control.

We welcome everyone in the Pickering area who are interested in moving to a higher level of wellness.

These guys are great! Such an awesome atmosphere. everyone is willing to help and they actually care about their members. People here, coaches and members are very encouraging. Coaches know their stuff and provide modifications if needed during the workout. I enjoy going everyday to see everyone and to challenge myself. I love it and My mom loves it too!

I do boot camp so when I won a free pass to go here, I thought no! I don't want this, but is was the thing that I needed. Worked on muscles I forgot I had. Great place to work out, you will see the results!

Now that you’ve made the decision for Crossfit, the equally important decision is where and with whom. I continue to be impressed with the coaching commitment at Constellation. They are professional yet personable, patient yet challenging and always encouraging. The group dynamic is wonderfully engaging; competitive in a motivational and supportive way, you won’t really understand till you give it a try!

Amazing coaches and friendly environment! They truly know their stuff and help you reach your goals. I've never been one to hit gym and lift heavy, but after coming here I've become motivated to do more; and in doing so I've met some pretty awesome people and created lasting friendships. Great place for anyone of any skill level who wants to work and train hard, and have fun while doing it!
