FusionCore Japanese Eatery

My new favorite place for salmon aburi oshi sushi. My old favorite place changed owners. Fortunately FusionCore makes them absolutely perfect. The rice texture is flawless and the salmon is high quality. Delicious. Highly recommended. Note that they're takeout only, there is no seating, but there are a few benches outside.

Had a delivery and we liked the blue fin tuna the most. You could choose 3 different kind of blue fin sushi and even the regular one was very rich. Foei Gras sushi wasn't the best and their sushi bowl was okay. Liked how they added sea urchin uni in July, but it was fishy.

I’ve been going here for awhile now and the food is always good and fresh! I like the salmon tempura and the staff are very friendly!! I definitely recommend fusion core sushi!!!

Presentation was good, however flavour for a couple of the rolls was off. It seemed like too much artificial smoke on the aburioshi mackerel and salmountain roll. We couldn’t finish it as the flavour was too overpowering

We had both the specialty and classic rolls. All of them are great quality. The grilled bbq squid is prepared well. We will be back for our next take out.
