Nice quiet spot for some sushi. We ordered one of the dinner bento boxes and one of the lunch bento boxes. Both were standard and good. Very friendly service.
It was our first time getting take out from here. The sushi quality was really fair along with the price. I would highly recommend them for price and quality. The miso soup along with the chopped scallop n cone were exceptionally delicious. Everything else was good.
A nice and quiet Japanese restaurant by Edmonds Street. It's a great place to satisfy your cravings for Japanese food. Bento boxes are always an excellent choice, and this eatery has a good selection. Now open for dine-in.
Our first time ordering takeout from here because Y-Sushi where we usually order from was closed. We were really disappointed with the quality and quantity. The $15 assorted sashimi was laughable. The salmon and tuna pieces were tiny. The tempura tasted like they’ve been sitting around for a while, especially the shrimp. Instead of crunchy, the shrimp was strangely chewy. The rolls were pretty cheaply made as well but I guess the price for those were cheap. Even my husband, who loves sushi and isn’t a picky eater, was disappointed. I was surprised since the reviews and pictures from other diners looked good. Probably not going to try again though since there’re so many good sushi places around.
How could the food be made so unbelievable awful. The Silver lining is that I tried it and I can tell my friends and family never to come. The sashimi taste not fresh at all and they are jokingly tiny pieces that about my thumb wide.
It used to be good, but now they are cheap with a kind of Macho attitude. Or at least the to older guys who work there! I went to get take out about half an hour before closing Sushi Sashimi box and the salmon sashimi was cut so thin you could read through it! I was so mad Just b/c they new it was closing and there would be nothing I could do about it! Well I snapped a picture! So you can see for yourselfs
Kind employees. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Sushi is average. Not bad. Not any different from other places. Great prices.
We ordered 3 party trays about a year ago for a volleyball tournament. Was real good. Have gone in three times since then. Every visit was excellent. We eat sushi lots and know about quality and quantity. This place is good on both. The freshness of the fish is obviously important to the owners. The service here is also top shelf. Fast and friendly. The ladies working here obviously know what they're doing and look to take some satisfaction in sending people away happy. I always ask them to order some of the specialty rolls for us as there are many. They know what's popular and have always done a good job. Will always come back here.
Found this little gem hunting for some quick food close to my business. It’s really clean and the owners are so friendly. The sushi was delicious! I will definitely support them again!
Good service, but small portions, especially for the fish. Their rainbow roll is Dynamite instead of California, and didn't have much of avocado and fish on top to compensate for how much the tempera overpowered the dish. They also only serve sockeye salmon, so it's priced accordingly. Not bad, but I wouldn't come back.
