Not many businesses cater to people who actually care about their diet! This place does and does it right, absolutely LOVE their options and super kind service. Only passionate vegan baked goods around so thank you!

Had a great lunch today with my friend. Cup of yummy split pea soup with 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich. Delish. My friend had the spinach and berry salad. Looked amazing. For dessert we had protein balls. We'll be back. Thanks!!

To address the response from the owner - CROSS CONTAMINATION IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! IF YOU CAN'T SEE THAT, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT CROSS CONTAMINATION MEANS. If the knife touched pesto, touched the bread, then touched my orange, THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION. That means I had GLUTEN in trace amounts on my orange and it MADE ME SICK. Your response CEMENTS that your business doesn't actually know what cross contamination IS and doesn't know how to protect their customers. So I reiterate - if you have celiac's disease, STAY AWAY because they have no idea what they are talking about. I came in with my husband for the first time a few months ago. I was excited to find a place near to where I live that served gluten free food; I am gluten free due to Celiac's, my husband is not. The lady/owner assured us she has never had any issues with cross-contamination. My husband got a turkey sandwich with pesto on it, and I got soup. She put thin-sliced oranges onto our plates. As I was eating mine, I noticed that the underside of the orange slice was green - the knife she used to cut them was also the same knife she used to spread pesto on my husband's wheat bread. She didn't even wipe the freaking knife on a napkin to pretend it was clean before using it on fruit that she served to someone she KNEW would get sick from it. Not to mention, orange and pesto = gross. The muffins were good, even though they tasted overly wet/moist. BUT, since I now have NO FAITH whatsoever in this woman's knowledge of cross-contamination and how to prevent it, I'll never be coming back here again. Seriously, if you have Celiac's, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. She WILL hurt you with her overconfidence and ignorance.

Great little cafe with friendly staff. My gluten free, sugar free wife was pleasantly surprised with options. Nice menu for me as well. This place was a great find.
