I love that they source local ingredients and make things fresh in-house daily! I enjoy their pastries and I especially love that the menu changes all the time. Gives you a chance to taste seasonal goods and explore new things. It is more expensive and slower than Panera, but I find the ethics (homegrown and prepared) to far outweigh any price difference. Their meatloaf sandwich and tortellini salad is awesome. I will come here every chance I get.

Had  breakfast croissant and coffee. Tasty and "enough". Nice alternative to a pancake house type meal.

This is one of the best bakeries in Kitsap County. The food is delicious and high quality, and the employees are all very friendly. The baked goodies keep me coming back on a weekly basis!
