HI Lo's 15th Street Cafe LLC

Hi-Los is a cool and quirky place. They are a bit cramped, but they have their own thing going on. They are fast and hard working. Locals love this little hidden gem. If it were not for the online reviews we never would have found it. It is a historical site and the surrounding neighborhood is also of historical significance. Would have given five stars, but the last time we were in it seemed that the "waffle biscuit was cool and have been sitting about longer that it should have. It may have been a fluke, so I reserve the right to update with a better rating next time we go. If you like something truly different and the opposite of boring, give them a spin.

My favorite little cafe in Kitsap County, this little hippie gem has the *best* ("Moon") biscuits and gravy as well as a great groovy atmosphere! Great breakfast and lunch menu. Get here early on weekends if you want their famous "Moon biscuits" as they often run out and there can be a wait to be seated but the wait is always worth it!

Let me say if it were for the food alone I'd give this a 5 star. So yeah, go for that reason. It's a small restaurant with a cool atmosphere. The service is also fantadtic. I give it 4 stars because I've never had less than a ten minute wait. It's kind of the deal when you go there. Not a big deal but it makes it a 4 star instead of 5.

Worth the wait! We came in in a Wednesday midday and it was still packed. I loved the coffee cup system and everything about the good was great. Love this easy going decor and style. Next time I want to sit in their Volkswagen van dining car!

Outstanding food! Great service. Hippyish vibe, great for kids. Wonderful coffee, love this place. A must visit.
