I pick up food from here pretty much everyday since it opened and have been very pleased with both the service and quality of what I've received. Staff are amazingly helpful, accommodating and super friendly and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Portions are generous, with dressings prepared from scratch and I love that both the bowls ans cutlery are biodegradable. In amongst my orders, I ordered the slim meal box for a total of six weeks before Christmas and lost 18 pounds without feeling like I was dieting. The boxes comprised three meals and two snacks and was all I ate. I felt full and had more energy than previously. I picked the box up every day from the Maple Ridge store. It took all the hassle out of calorie counting and grocery shopping. It's expensive, but gave me a great kick start to making some much needed changes. I recommend giving the 5 day meal box program a try. So, try this place. You won't be disappointed!

It was my first time there, had a wrap and it was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. However, it seems to be quite overpriced for what you get. In addition, their signs seem misleading. The wrap said $8.95 and I was asked what meat or falafel I wanted. Suddenly the bill is asked about $12. Unless I missed it, they do not include it in their signage.

Healthy food that's yummy too! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options! The only star is gone because the portion I got was smaller than at other locations.
