Hot Pho Restaurant

Best Pho in Maple Ridge I introduced my girlfriend to Pho and now we eat here 2+ times a week. The staff (I think the owners) are super friendly get to know them, it will make your experience here so much better. The Pho, vermicelli, spring rolls, summer rolls all amazing.

1st time having Pho since moving to Maple Ridge. The broth in the Pho was very tasty and the portions were huge! There was a slight mixup when my husband's Pho arrived with tripe on it but they fixed it right away with no complaints. Very fast and friendly service. My only complaint was the spring rolls. Although they were large & tasty, they were extremely greasy! So much so that there were puddles of grease on the plate and my husband was holding his up and squishing the end on the plate and the oil was just leaching out. Other than that, very impressed!

I just moved to Maple Ridge from East Vancouver, where there were plenty of amazing Pho restaurants to choose from. Since Pho is one of my favourite styles of food to order, I was worried I might not find a new spot given the limited Vietnamese restaurants in the Maple Ridge area. Boy was I wrong! As soon as I tasted the broth of my first bowl of Hot Pho noodle soup, I knew I found my new local take out joint. It was so flavourful and delicious. The house special (#14) is great, so is the beef stew with noodles. Last time I ordered the lemongrass pork platter (#64) and that was also incredibly delicious. The owners are also super friendly and genuinely concerned about your sastifaction. I'm surprised that the place sat empty last Friday night and truly hoped that they were getting nothing but take out orders. Or maybe Vietnamese isn't that popular here in the Ridge? If you've never tried this place, do it! You won't regret it. And if you've never tried Vietnamese but like Chinese food...what are you waiting for?!? It's incredible! Support your local inexpensive amazing eats before they disappear! Even my boyfriend comes here now even though his old Pho spot is right around the corner from his place! Thank you Hot Pho for helping make the transition to my new hood so awesome!

Loved the hot pho restaurant. The pho was very good. There wasn't a ton of seating, so it was quite and cozy. However, my one complaint is the service, the server hardly ever came to our table and sl we had to find her anytime we wanted or needed anything. Other than that, good place.

My phò was mostly broth... Not nearly as much noodles as the competition. Could have used a little more tripe and steak too, but what got them the 2 stars was me having to get up twice and ask for water and the second time I popped my head in the back and both the ladies were sitting and watching tv. Besides that the restaurant was clean and I was seated right away.
