Amazing menu and the staff are so friendly. This is a gem! Gluten free and vegan options. Great vibe! This is my buddha bowl to go.....delish!

Went to Fresh Cafe for lunch today and had the buddha bowl. It was awesome! The dressing bohemian berry is my new favourite dressing. So much so that I bought a jar and a honey curry to take home : The cafe interior is nice, and I imagine will be more so after covid when everything fingers crossed gets back to normal. I will be back!

Amazing hidden gym. Ive been looking for a bowl place for a while. DELICIOUS BOWLS, the owner is super friendly; the cookies is a plus. Will return again for sure!!!

The Buddha bowl is so so good! I got it with chicken. I like the two other bowls as well but Buddha bowl is my favourite. I also love the chicken pesto sandwich, the pesto is amazing! The capicola sandwich is also good. I liked both soups I've tried. The smoothies are good. The house brew coffee I really liked as well. I'm pretty picky about sandwiches and coffee. I really appreciate when I'm paying for food that it's better than something I can make.

Great place for breakfast. Coffee is great, the mocha is god tier. The breakfast sandwiches are some of the best around. Haven't really done lunch there often but the panini are good. They got new ownership recently which I was worried about but actually it got even better. Great work from the staff who are super friendly as well

Loved the Fresh Bowl..the flavors of fresh veggies and the honey curry were bursting in each and every bite...loved it : The owner runs a one man show and he does a wonderful job!

Great lunch salads. I recommend the Buddah Bowl with Tofu. 1 person show, must be the owner doing everything himself; he does a great job.

First time we have tried this cafe and it was amazing, Food was so good and the service was exceptional: I had the Buddha bowl with chicken and a latte, My hubby had the Spirit Bowl, was delicious...definitely gonna add this to my list of favorites!

Great place to relax. The barista clearly likes his job and he endeavors to lift the possitivity of every customer. Excellent coffee ti.
