Bean Around the World

It was our first time at Bean Around the World coffee shop in Victoria and we really enjoyed it! It’s a cosy and cute spot. The decor was beautifully done. In my opinion, it is unique. Great coffee and delicious baked goods. You can tell they’re all made with love. We got a croissant and a pumpkin muffin. The pumpkin muffin was my favourite; excellent flavours and super tasty! Additionally, I ordered a London fog and it was delightful. The staff is friendly, nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for some fantastic coffee and baked goods that’ll start your day right! We shall return Thank you!

I loved everything about this place. My mocha was absolutely perfect - the best I’ve had in a very long time. I also had a raspberry lemon muffin, and it was full of flavour - every bit as good as what I might bake and because I’m a baker I’m extremely picky about commercial baked goods. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

This was one of the few places open before 8 am and I was SO pleased with the experience. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, the ambiance is perfect for reading the morning paper, homework, or a chat with friends. I got an oat latte incredible! as well as the spinach + feta croissant and the lemon + raspberry muffin. Though both were amazing, don't make out on the lemon raspberry muffin! Highly recommend.

I am forced to write the review because the coffee was too good. I ordered mocha coffee and guess what? The coffee had perfect balance of all the subtle flavors, all detectable but none overpowering anything. To top it all the coffee came with a beautiful design a first for me.

Awesome cozy coffee shop in the heart of Chinatown. This spot has a unique decor and lots of seating. They also make an excellent flat white!

Quaint little coffee shop in the Chinatown area, they've got delicious coffee and desserts some vegan too!, there's some seating at the back of the shop. Really cool vibe and decorations. Outdoor seating throughout the year is available as well, on the street patio. They close at 3 pm daily.

Best coffee shop in Victoria! There are other places doing fancier things, maybe fruitier beans. But I love the black dragon espresso I don’t love fruity beans and as an oat milk drinker, Bean Around the World is by far the most adept at foaming oat milk for mistos and cappuccinos/lattes by far. I’ve literally tried every cafe in Victoria and no one foams oat milk like they do. It’s creamy, dreamy and delicious. 10/10 recommend. It’s my go to cafe and I will drive out of my way to get a coffee there.

Great matcha and grilled cheese sandwiches! Also, delicious mocha.

I’ve been living in the Union building and Bean has been my favourite neighbour! Best coffee in Victoria by far, amazing staff, delicious food, and open early. Probably what I will miss the most about Victoria!

Happy to be back! From Vancouver since 2018! Loved this coffee cafe! Still has its decors and its tables individuals side by side tables . Loved the Raisin Giant Swirl buns! So, Fresh, flaky and taste!.
