Castello Coffee

We had a wonderful experience at Castello's. We had the Egg Breakfast sandwich and it was significantly better than any of the fast food restaurants. I had a chicken bagel sandwich and the lettuce and tomato were perfect. The two people we met there were extremely polite. If I lived on the island I would absolutely come back.

The people here are extremely kind, to EVERYONE. I think this matters and they deserve to be praised for this. I have watched on many occasions where some less fortunate souls have arrived obviously homeless, carrying extra chattel or pushing a shopping cart, and they are treated with the same respect as anyone else. And this is how it should be but, I don’t see this other places. The coffee and food is good, has a homemade vibe and is reasonably priced. Bravo to these people and their friendly business!

Blink and you'll miss it, but this place is great. The service is prompt, very friendly, and every time I come in here they make it clear they give a damn. Not just to me, to the other customers I see them serve as well. The food is good, I rather like their breakfast options. I also think they make a great mocha and hot chocolate. He warns you it's hot every time and it is HOT. I love it to-go, you can walk a ways and you'll still have a warm beverage by the end of your march. The shop is nice, couple levels, plenty of seating. Fairly quiet atmosphere. Lots of windows and light. But the standout is the service. Very nice welcoming people.

This place is on point. They are super friendly and like eager to get some breakfast in you. The English muffin breakfast sandwich was no joke, mind boggling good. I know, it’s just a sandwich but seriously y’all it was so good.

Stopped in on our vacation in Victoria in July. Loved the VERY friendly service, love that it is a ‘mom & pop’ shop, and the food was delicious. Very disappointed we only had time for one visit! Highly recommend this little cafe!!

Been going here for their breakfast sandwiches for several years now - my favourite is their english muffin one. High quality ingredients, very tasty, friendly staff and amazing prices. In my opinion, way better than the other cafes in this area.

Amazing food prepared fresh infront of you they also make home made baked goods and they have very good customer service super friendly and very caring. Definitely my favorite breakfast shop since 2011

What a hidden gem! Great breakfast sandwich. They've got simple breakfast items as well, like fruit, yogurt, and boiled eggs. They've got any kind of sandwich fillings you want. Just a simple cafe with normal food for downtown workers.

Great coffee, great food, great prices! The lovely couple running the place have taken care of myself and our work crew the last few weeks with their delicious bagel sandwiches and fresh Brew in the morning. A must visit for anyone in town :
