Food is always fresh and cooked daily. Love their daily specials that changes pretty much every day. Yummmm
I go to Fred's several times a week to buy their soup. Soup options change daily between chicken, beef, seafood, chicken foot and goat soup. It's fresh and has flavor. The $5 price sweets me the most!
The jerk chicken came with vegetables and rice and beans. The rice had a nice coconut flavour. Seafood soup was really interesting like a nice healthy homemade broth-soup with bits of shrimp shell and such that you can fish out once you finish the second half at home. Good value.
Attended a party here. Food was amazing! The curry goat just melts in your mouth. Everything is seasoned well and tastes delicious. The dj that played was also greatFood: 5/5
This place has gone downhill used to be absolutely phenomenal and has deteriorated overtime I think mainly because the owner is rarely there anymore.Food: 3/5
The lady working the front desk today was exceptional. So very patient and kind. This restaurant continues to deliver THE BEST SERVICE AND DELICIOUS FOOD. I will continue to support & spread the word. Happy Holidays & Thank you so much
Portions are good, price is fair. The quality of the food is also good, but it is not the best jerk chicken in the city. The flavour of the jerk chicken is also good, but the skin of the chicken wasn’t that good. In addition, they have veggies as a side not coleslaw like most other places.
Really good food at a good price point. The oxtail was great and the curry goat had a nice kick. The beef patty was different than other places around the gta, definitely enjoyed it
I ordered the shrimp pasta, it tasted really good but in the middle of eating I turn over a noodle and found a bug
Honestly I was sooooooo happy to know that in downtown mississauga a west indian restaurant had fried chicken i tried 3 other places near hurontario and dundas they weren't serving it on a busy Saturday. Thank God for Freddy's kitchen there fried chicken rice and peas with steam vegetables and oxtail gravy was excellent
