Francis Plumbing came in on time, on schedule & did fabulous work! Old Bathroom Plumbing disconnected & new location pluming, shower & tub installed as requested. Crew were great and very courteous and all work was completed on time. Thank you Francis Plumbing, we will recommend your services to everyone!

This year we asked again Francis Plumbing to help us with our annual plumbing maintenance and repairs, expecting good quality and reasonable prices. And it proved to be a very good choice They sent Jeff which identified issues with the pipes of the hot water tank, the dryer vent, and the kitchen sink draining and its faucet. He recommended reliable and good quality solutions with an advance quota and we agreed with them. Jeff implemented them very professionally and efficiently, despite the complex operations required in some cases. Excellent work!

March 13, 2017 - One of their plumbers showed up this morning to say he has to charge $150 to find the source of a water leak from shower and stated he would likely have to take apart the walls. We declined the service because we did not think there was any need to take a part our recently renovated bathroom. He charged us $45 dispatch fee despite the fact we were told the dispatch fees were waved. He left without doing anything within 7 minutes of arrival. Upon returning home from work, I checked out the shower and realized the leak was due to a loose shower hose which took me 15 seconds to tighten! I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and undue charge by Francis Plumbing and Heating.
