Very impressed with my experience with DS Plumbing. I dealt with Mary at the office who was very knowledgeable and was quite accommodating with my appointment time. Their website had great tips & information too. They had to cancel my original appointment but was able to come the next evening. Marc showed up early & had the job done in 1/2 hour! Very nice and experienced. They even donate $1.00 for every visit to a charity, in my case Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue. I now take comfort in knowing I have a plumbing company I can trust in the future if needed. Thank you.

While other plumbers blew off our calls and voicemails, had only friends and family leaving reviews potentially biased reviews, and one even blew off our appointment with no warning and no follow up, DS Plumbing has been fantastic from the start. A very polite person answered the call, an appointment was made with everything fully and clearly explained, an email was sent ahead of time so I knew exactly who to expect knocking on my door, and a call that the plumber was on time and on the way was greatly appreciated. An assessment and part of the work has already been done, with fully explained quotes and kind neighbourly service. The issue seemed to be a bit more than originally guessed, and estimates for the follow up work were offered and explained as well. Marc clearly knows what he’s doing and we look forward to having him continue to help with this issue, and any other plumbing needs in the future. I’m also very happy to know that DS Plumbing supports the Humane Society, and the Pride Parade; matters that are important to us.

I was incredibly impressed by Alex and Sara! They did a wonderful job with both sink installations and they hooked up my steam function to my new dryer. Both of them were very kind & professional. I'm an anxious perfectionist, so I had a million questions and they answered them all patiently, which helped me put my mind at ease. Also, they both put on protective booties when they came in from the street, which seems like a tiny thing, but that kind of consideration and attention to detail really impressed me! and I'm not easily impressed Lol!! I highly recommend this company!! They love animals too! So if you have pets and are worried about strangers in the house, then this pet loving plumbing company is for you! Thanks again to Alex and Sara! You guys were great!

Trevor and Sarah just left after repairing my faucet in record time, and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. They're both so professional, knowledgeable and personable! From beginning to end you've provided the BEST service. Love how you combine technology (the ability to track the driver's location on my phone and a pic of who was coming via email!) with the personal ( LGBTQ allies and pet-friendly!). Happy to refer you to anyone who needs your services. Well done!

Professional, competent. They do what they say they will do what they say it will cost. They do not leave a mess from sloppy work as other plumbers I have used. They are courteous and polite unlike other plumbers I have used. I would recommend them without reservation.
