Safari Plumbing Ltd.

Safari Plumbing has been here twice in the last 2 days. Yesterday I was provided with options to try before having to decide to replace a toilet. I was very pleased with the work done on day 1 and even more so on day 2 when a new toilet was installed. Terry, the person who came to do the work was personable, friendly, professional and explained everything to me as he went along. I would definitely recommend Safari to family and friends.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a service company. Dan and his assistant were able to arrive earlier than scheduled which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and left the area clean. Our 3-year-old granddaughter was with us and Dan even bonded with her. I would recommend Safari Plumbing in a heartbeat and will definitely use them in the future.

Every time we have had Safari Plumbing do a job for us, the results have been more than satisfactory. These jobs have included installing a toilet, repairing a leak in a pipe going from the kitchen into the basement, and, most recently, installing a sump pump. Terry and Philip were here for 2 days doing the sump pump job. They were most considerate of our home, regarding keeping it clean and tidy while doing a large job. Everything went smoothly, and each step of the process was explained to us, and all questions we had were fully addressed. All the stress was taken out of the installation. The basement was tidied and cleaned in the work space. We are more than happy with the entire job, and thank them for their care of our home, and their pleasant, professional demeanor.

Called Safari to install a new Kitchen and bathroom sink. Was going to do it myself, but the plumbing seemed a bit odd and too hardwired for me to deal with. The crew sent here was professional, kind and kept me in the loop on how the job was going. Would highly recommend them. Thanks.

We had an issue with old kitchen piping that was clogged, causing water to come up through a drain in our basement floor. Safari Plumbing came highly recommended. The day we called, Stephanie answered the phone and was extremely pleasant and helpful, and Terry was able to come to our house later that afternoon. He recognized the issue immediately, took the time to set up properly and make sure no mess was made, unclogged the drain. Even took the time to discuss problems/potential problems, things to keep in mind for the future, and made sure we knew the most possible about the plumbing in our home. He was extremely friendly and professional. He even remembered having one of my family members as a client 2 years earlier! This is a business that truly cares about its customers.
