I had a backup this morning and they were here quickly and very professional. Tyler sussed out the problem in minutes and had the snake whirling away in no time. All sorted saving risk of further flooding. Very pleasant and professional and open with suggestions. Told me the cost quickly (not cheap but reasonable). Thanks Tyler and DrainPro for being there quickly on phone, online and at our door! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Lady that answered was very pleasant. I called on a lucky day and had the technicians over within 30 minutes. Mat and Mat showed up and installed water bidets in two separate units. 5 bathrooms in total. Guys were neat, professional, polite and quick. Thanks again guys and I'll definitely get in touch again if I need anything.

We called Drainpro to replace a broken toilet flange causing the toilet wiggle. The company sent someone to my house but instead of fixing the small problem he wanted to open the ceiling underneath and reset the toilet. He sent a quote with a very high cost to fix. We called another company. They just replaced the damaged flange. The problem is fixed. It’s a complete DISASTER dealing with Drainpro, they blow up a small problem to a big one to SCAM people! Watch out for this act.

Thanks again guys! The work earlier this week was quick, efficient and very successful. All the issues I was having around drain flow have been dealt with and resolved.

Had a sewer back-up last night and called Drainpro. The service received was professional and excellent. Right from when the woman answered the phone to when Tyler showed up and resolved the issue. Would recommend Drainpro to anyone. Thanks for making a "crappy" experience better.
