Called for service on a leaking pipe. Plumber was on time, courteous and answered all my questions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more. Will recommend and call again.

While working on a large residential renovation in south Ottawa we encountered an abs pipe that was cut at floor level and never capped, this was buried under a carpet and caused sewage to leak all over customer's carpet.  We contacted John the Plumber and immediately they sent Michael to investigate - within 1/2 hr, he had the problem properly diagnosed, cored the concrete and properly capped the pipe.  Michael was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.  Would highly recommend this company!

I had a problem with my toilet so I called John the plumber and they came really quick:)
when the person came to my house work was done in 5mins and Respective of our home. Fast, efficient, friendly. Also told me that what caused problem and post care is well.
I am very happy for the service and I would definitely recommend John the plumber
