Fox's Bakery & Deli

In places that rely on visitors I'm always wary that I'll get ripped off and often the food is not very good. I refer to this type of cuisine as "tourist food" Fox's is none of that. Great prices, friendly employees, and tasty products. They have the daily specials which are a good option to get you in the door but beyond that there's bins of single items bagels, rolls, etc and also packages for pastries, muffins, etc. I bought a huge bag of sausage rolls hot dog buns for 99¢!! The deli counter has a big selection but I recommend the "sub mix" which is a grab bag of various meats at a cheaper price than doing them individually. $1.29/100 grams. There are also cookies for sale at the cash register. I got an oatmeal one for $1.25. Not the best I ever had but it was huge and a great price. I walked my rolls, cookie, and meat/cheese down to the waterfront and had a nice picnic. 3 meals for a total of $10 AND they won't pressure you to tip 25% like all the bland generic patios are doing these days. Credit cards accepted.

Decided to visit fox's today to support local business over the holidays...I felt like a kid in a candy store!! EVERYTHING looked amazing. And one of the items I purchased of the 3 didn't even make it to the car!! The shortbread cookies are 5 star!!! I can't wait to try the rest!!!! Great fresh produce at great prices - I highly recommend!!

The quality of his baked goods is fantastic. His deli section is always fresh and his staff are second to none. The lunch crowd that comes into the bakery every day get in and get out very quickly, fast service. 5 stars all the way!!

It was really busy at a time but they make awesome bread cookies macaroon cookies anything at a good price

I visit Fox's literally each week for fresh bread, buns, or lunch meat.They have three salads to choose from. Also fresh pies, cookies, ice cream, frozen burgers, sausages or hot dogs. They make any sandwiches you like from the meats and cheeses they offer. They sell pizza dough, or pre made pizza crusts that taste awesome. Or pizza sacks with all the ingredients included to make pizza.

Moved up here from the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area so I know a good sandwich. I was reccomended Fox's and I was pleased. VERY friendly staff, great looking food, and clean. Ordered my favorite ham, salami, pepperoni and got a can of soda for less than 10 bucks. Comparable size to subway footlong. Delicious and a fantastic deal. Slightly crowded inside but it's laid out well. Only place for improvement is the order of the sandwhich, tomatoes inbetween meats causes the sandwich to slip apart. Cheaper than a franchise sandwich, and a much fresher ingredients, why go anywhere else? I'm thinking turkey / pastrami next week!

What's up with quality!!!?? There Dec 13. 2022 -Kaiser's smashed to bottom of bin! Could hardly find a good one! Mashed! dinner rolls were hard! Danish had hardly any fruit! And obviously hurried to make?? Gross! What is up with this bakery?? NOT! What it used to be! Get back to the quality you had! Or will shop elsewhere!!

100% customer service satisfaction. Hands down to all friendly and awesome staff for their assistance as a 1st time customer. Yummy desserts with 3 free cookies.. Will be coming back to purchase more!

Been going here since I was 3 thats almost 11 years I will forever love this place and I hope it never goes away there food is amazing! my family and I get fast food a lot and one day my dad and I went by it and decided to go get a sandwich forgetting how good they where. Since we moved from barrie and ate js moving back it was abt 5 years since I last stepped foot in those doors and it was the EXSACT same layout and food everything is fresh and amazing! I got back to the car with a sandwich in my hand and took a bite out of it my dad had one too and said “this is the best sandwich, we should go here instead of McDonald’s even though it’s far I’ll make the drive” the food is the same as it’s always been and will always be the greatest

We needed sandwiches and sweets for Dad's 90th birthday get-together. I was able to order online from BC, and trays were ready for pickup as scheduled. The staff even carried everything out to the car for us. Everyone at the party enjoyed the food. Thank you for helping make the day special!
