Andro Cakes

I called 5 Barrie cake stores before Andros Cakes finally said YES, they can make a plaid cake on the INSIDE like what I saw on google. They helped me determine the perfect cake based on my inspiration pictures. The cake was delivered and set up on time and it was a show stopper. Many guests could not believe it was a real cake. The artistic details were unbelievable! Everyone raved about how delicious the cake was as well. The plaid layer was a mix of chocolate and strawberry which I have never had before but the flavours complimented each other perfectly. The tree trunk layer was vanilla. I did not get a chance to taste this as my guests scooped up all those slices. Everyone thought the inside plaid was so cool. Some slices revealed the plaid better than others. Thanks for making my perfect themed cake.

For my sons 1st birthday was a barnyard bash/holy cow I'm one theme. As a first time mom, I wanted it to be perfect! I at the most pleasant experience at Andro Cakes. Thank you for making my little boys birthday extra special with 3 awesome cakes. They were a huge hit at the party. Guests enjoyed the flavors and wanted more. Great prices but more so excellent service. I was a scatter brain on locking down my options but delivered better than what I envisioned. Your kindness and accommodation on such short notice is humbly recieved. Thank you! Looking forward to his 2nd birthday party.

It's rare someone this talented also has such amazing customer service. I had a small order and Andro was simply the best. If you need cupcakes for a birthday party this is your place. The cheesecake also looked excellent.

We ordered a custom cake for bridal shower, just based on the concept and a picture they created the most wonderful cake. Everyone loved the flavours, it was delicious and it looked perfect! They also went out of their way to deliver it to us on Canadian Thanksgiving day, being a holiday. Great customer service, great flavours, would order again.

I went in by curiosity and stayed for over 1 hour ! The pastries are incredible and the service world-class. I had the chocolate eclair and strawberry Donut with a Mango Explosion drink. Worth every penny. I can't wait to come back.

A huge shout for brilliant and talented baker “DIMU”. He is the best in the area. He made 3 custom cakes for my baby’s birthday party and smash. The cakes were too delicious and perfectly made to melt in mouth. My guests were impressed and took portions home. Thank you DIMU for making such beautiful cakes. Andro Cakes made a beautiful cake for my wedding. The cake they made was stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. We ordered both vanilla and strawberry shortcake flavours for our cake. The cakes were moist and so delicious. We received many compliments from guests. Thank you Andro cakes --highly recommend!

We were so thankful to find Andro Cakes! They were the only bakery in town to have a lemon cake in the case on Saturday afternoon. It was out of this world. Three different layers of cake and light as air lemon icing topped with candied orange rind left us all wanting more. We were helped by, who I assume was Andro’s son, and he was such a delight. Can’t wait for the next excuse to be back!

Dimu made us a Two tier fondant Sonic cake for us, it looked 100 percent as it was in the picture we provided. Tasted great. He also informed us about being careful with the skewers in the cake while cutting it. On time Delivery. The price was great as well. Best Value overall in Barrie. Our folks loved the cake.

ordered a cake for my husband's 65th birthday. As he is a diabetic as well many of our guests who prefer to limit their sugar intake, I requested a sugar free cake. I also asked if he could do something with the Newfoundland flag as my husband is a proud Newfoundlander. Well the cake was a hit. Not only was it beautiful but it tasted amazing. I would recommend Andros Cakes to anyone with special requests and who want the cake to be a presentation itself.
