We picked up the Gingerbread house kit last week! The kids were thrilled and the way we have been picking at it, it won’t last long now! So delicious!
The food, when they have it is great. The muffins are amazing. Definitely the best gf muffins I've ever had. The bread is good; I like the cheese bread. The chocolate croissants are really good, although they haven't had those in ages it seems. Pizza dough good. My only issue with this place is that they are not consistent with what they have and everything good that they do have, sells out fast. They don't make enough. There is no point in even going on the afternoon. They have stuff in the freezers but I would think that most people go for the fresh baked products. I just wish that they made more variety every day and that there was more quantity.
Recently had a celiac diagnosis in our household and cooking/baking has never been a strong suit to begin with so trying to go gluten free was very stressful UNTIL we found this place!!!! Very thankful for finally finding somewhere that is REALLY just as good, and actually BETTER than some of the regular bakeries we had been used to. We tried the stuffing for thanksgiving and it was the best we have ever had! I am very grateful for this place. The staff are so considerate and helpful and I look forward to weekly visits! the white bread loafs are delish! highly recommend!!!!
It's witchcraft! There is no way this is gluten-free bread! By any standards, this is some of the best bread I've ever had. A little pricey magic ain't cheap! but this is your place if you want actual bread without the gluten.
THE BEST gluten-free bread EVER And i've tried lots. It's worth the drive to Barrie just for the bread! Bought 3 varieties white, multi, pumpernickel and froze some of them. They thawed perfectly. DELICIOUS!! They also have perogies, pies, desserts, vegan and dairy-free options... I'm telling you, GO THERE! Crossing fingers we can soon buy online/ship from them!

A truly dedicated gluten-free kitchen plus there are some really amazing vegan options too! Vegan options are clearly labled and incredibly delicious. The owners are extremely knowledgable and truly care about the quality of their food and the health of their customers. Absolute best coffee in town too.
Best gluten free bakery!! They have a wide selection of fresh baked goods, frozen treats and treats brought in from other gluten free companies! Cal is so friendly and makes sure everything he makes is celiac safe! Be sure to stop in soon!!
My partner surprised me with the rainbow cupcakes in support of Barrie Pride and they were so good! I can’t believe they are gluten free. I’m new to Orillia and can’t wait to try out more of Cal’s gluten free options! We were drooling over the bread and Chinese foods on the menu. Great spot!
So delicious and so accommodating, I often go in on my lunch break to go get the BLT it’s dairy and gluten free and great.
