Nice park, well kept up, great for hiking with the kids, but not far from town.  Very friendly personnel. Negatives: toilets are a bit primitive, and some paths tend to get muddy... Generally they add some boards beside the path if it gets muddy too frequently, though.

Fun, affordable and close to home. A great outdoor experience for the whole family. We love the trails, beach and nature centur.

My prayer is that all of this natural beauty will go unmolested for many many years. It's a magical wonderous place in the middle of chaos.

3 field trips this year and each and every time has been very educational and fun at the same time for the kids. (4-5 year olds).
