My Niece and I were in kamloops last weekend for a Ted Talk at the University! My eldest niece was a speaker there and the entire family came down to cheer her on. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The suite we got was cozy, spacious and a little home away from home. My Eldest niece was also staying at the four points, the front desk staff offered to move her on the same floor as us without hesitation and even gave her a box of chocolates as we informed them she was in town for the talk!. We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and each time i leave so happy! The manager Amy Long was very helpful in putting together this weekend getaway and ensuring that myself and my family were taken care of. I will defiantly be back :)

This was an extremely comfortable hotel. We were only passing through, but the front desk folks were extremely welcoming and helpful. Room great, I had no complaints. If I were ever to stay in Kamloops again, I'd stay here.

Destination Marketing Fee is NOT a Tax!!! When I called to get it removed from my bill I was told that it's a tax! I educated them and asked to speak to the manager, except there is no manager on duty. Looking forward to a response and a resolution.

Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff and a pool with a waterslide for the kids and a hot tub for parents... nestled in the mountains of Kamloops. This is a perfect little family getaway!!

Overall my short stay was accommodated nicely. The room was dated. The restaurant food was cooked close to perfection.
