Days Inn Kamloops BC

Stayed there and they had a glitch in the system, so I got charged two nights when I only stayed once because they didn't get the request that I changed it to the next night. They didn't even offer to let the one charge off because of a faulty computer I explained everything. The best I could do was call directly to the main Days Inn phonelineand they said talk to the main office but obviously they didn't see any problem. I love this hotel they just need Better customer service.

Clean room and comfy bed. Desk clerk very helpful. Complimentary breakfast in the morning needs life support, or mercifully let it die and send customers out for breakfast. (It was awful).They had a coffee machine I hadn't seen in decades, orange juice that tasted like Tang, pancakes and sausage patties that we're tough. This kind of facility will give Wyndham a bad name fast. Facility had been given a quick upgrade by Wyndham but it clearly needs more.

Decent for the price. Rooms are not sound proof. We didnt get to go in the pool. The breakfast is very limited, no eggs, bacon or sausage. Just waffles, toast, yogurt, bananas, apples, cereal, tea, coffe, and juice. Workers are very personable and they dont charge when you end up puking all over your bed.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. I get that sheets get stained but when they have blood on them you need to throw them out. Literally every square inch of the room was filthy so I won't bother listing it all.

Friendly staff but pool disappointingly small. Breakfast wasn't bad and rates were reasonable
