Days Inn Kamloops BC

The light switches in the room are at knee height. The toilet wasn't secured to the floor and I almost fell off. My bike was stolen from the back of my truck parked in Front of three video cameras, pointing at it, and they didn't want to give me the video. It's overpriced compared to other hotels that are very close by that are maybe ten dollars a night more. There are better options right next door.

We booked last minute and front desk was very helpful in ensuring our stay would be smooth, especially since we were bringing a pup with us.nnThe king sized bedroom we got was really clean and smelled fresh. The amenities were great for the price we paid, and it was generally pretty quiet at night. Would definitely come back!

This hotel hasn’t been maintained or updated well. The sink was almost completely clogged in our suite and It dripped for hours after just brushing teeth. It had a large 5 gallon bucket under it to catch drips- so they were well aware of the problem and rented out the room anyway. The bedside lamp was broken. The only thing good for breakfast was cereal and pancakes — everything else was cold or overcooked.

Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great Jacuzzi tub. ** Odd Glass shower ***nnBright and spacious. Gas Fireplace worked great.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!nnAfter a long day of travelling to Kamloops, I realized I had completely forgot my physical crediy card and I was due to check into the days inn still had cash and money anyways I called ahead and let them know and was told it was fine. Once arriving the clerk went to ask his “Manager” how to process and a grouchy, rude random guy comes out from the back with him wearing what looked to me like Pajamas and with a completely uncalled terrible attitude and dumb look on his face says “ no credit card then no check in “ then proceeds to look at the second clerk and said “Cancel this woman’s reservation now” and I said excuse me ?? He then proceeds to cuss me out and tell me to “get off their private property or he will call the police and have me removed”nHis Name is Francis and I have tried multiple times to contact the owner but he always intercepts the calls I’m assuming because if the owner found out he would be appalled at how his “Manager” treats customers oh did I mention I’m a Diamond Member within the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Program which is the highest title to hold within the company! I will never stay here and always steer people away! He should be let go if he is that miserable! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!nSTAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU !!!
