Four Points by Sheraton Grande Prairie

Great hotel, with nice large rooms. The restaurant was quite good, and the service was generally good. The second morning we had breakfast at the restaurant was a bit of long haul, took over an hour because the waitress was extremely slow, and seemed more concerned being in the kitchen on her phone than serving. Other than that one waitress everything was great.

Clean, modern rooms. Gym and pool are both good. Restaurant has small menu. The food is good, though. The staff are all friendly. Overall good experience. I will be back.

Brand new hotel in Grande Prairie. Staff was awesome to deal deal with, from Bev the manager, to the girls at the front desk all had a great attitude that I have come to see and expect with SPG/Marriott group. Room was excellent, clean, and spacious. Restaurant in hotel is great, food well prepared, tasty and serving staff is awesome. Will be staying here in my future visits to GP/Peace Country!!

Rooms are fairly nice and clean. The black out shades work really well but the pillows are terrible. The bathroom is decent with a backlit mirror and large shower. The restaurant is new and was having issues with staff members but the food is really good and the breakfast is worth the extra money there.

Was told it was 150 a night then it went up to 165 and then when I checked out my bill was 184 a night!!! Not impressed at all! No breakfast no nothing! Way too much money for the room. I also had the do NOT disturb sign on my door and the maids just ignored it and came in and didt make the bed or clean just emptied the garbage moved my stuff around and left new towels!! Very disappointed in this hotel !! Would NEVER come back!!
