Four Points by Sheraton Grande Prairie

Have stayed here for sporting purposes for 3 years. Every year has been great, this year they have changed their policies and teams cannot gather in the meeting room downstairs to eat with outside food because of the restaurant on the premises. So stay away unless you want to cram a sports team into one of your rooms to feed them with food or snacks you bring into the hotel now.nPerfect location for sports teams across from the arena but very inconvenient now. Stay away unless you want to feed your team every meal at the restaurant on the premises. They are very rude as well when explaining the changes. Heads up teams!

Why am I giving this a low star review? Well what they don’t tell you until you show up there is that for a deluxe room a complementary breakfast does not come with it. $250 for a room with no complementary breakfast. The rooms aren’t that special I give everything else there a five star review their staff was amazing. The facilities are clean but come on for a big company. You guys are charging that much for a room and there’s no complementary breakfast with it like it says that’ll be the last time I stay at any four points. I was in the little pub that’s connected to the hotel and six other patrons had said the same thing.

The hotel and staff went the extra mile to welcome and serve my wife and I on our small anniversary getaway,nThey graciously upgraded our room to their best suite and surprised us with a cheese cake dessert.nThank you for helping make our special day even better!

This is my favourite hotel to stay at in Grande Prairie. Spacious rooms, a pool and hot tub that open up early and are open late. As well as a great restaurant on site. But the best part about this hotel is the friendly staff that are always there to welcome me, especially Grace and Ally who always provide such wonderful service

My family and I really enjoyed our three-night stay. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and there were towels ready every time we went. The front desk gave us great advice on local pizza spots and were quick with extra pillows. Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch.
