Ian was very helpful and nice and I accidentally gave an extra $20 and he gave it back saying I gave too much, wow.... great experience definitely going back cause of my entire experience!

The worst customer service I ever experienced from a store. I've been a client of footlocker for a couple of years always got treated with respect. I got a pair from another store I live near the shoppers world square one. I did not wear the pair even once only to try it on. I go return it and she's like with attitude "this is dirty there is a dirt on it go take it back to whoever gave this to you because I ain't returning it" come on footlocker hire people that knows what customer service is because that was just ridiculous.

Recently, I purchased a pair of Jordan shoes on sale. The customer was good and I'm satisfied.

This isn't a real footlocker if you go to the back you can Syrian refugees at the sweatshop hiding from the war
