Stock is always available and fresh. Friendly staff. Clean and nicely lite facility. Parking in front can be tight. Accessible parking directly in front of the entrance. There is a big parking lot. Self Check-out available. Cashiers are very quick. No credit card surcharge. Free WiFi. Carts and baskets are always available and clean. Careful exiting. You pretty much go right into the parking lot and you're blind to the left.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Food Basics location. I was using the self-checkout, and I needed assistance. Despite there being only five self-checkout stations, I had to wait for 7 minutes to get any help. To make things worse, there was an employee standing nearby, but she completely ignored me. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service, especially when I could see that she was fully aware of my situation but just chose not to help. I expect better from a place I shop at regularly, and this incident left a very negative impression.

THE MOST HORRIBLE shopping experience ever. Some bald worker followed me throughout the entire store for the 3rd time I've used this place well almost but due to being followed by some bald guy for absolutely no reason maybe because the amount of cash I had on me could pay his job for 9months. DONT SHOP HERE. Managers allow it workers do nothing.

Last three trips to the store, we got mouldy food. I don't know what's going on but it's extremely frustrating. We've had to take back three things because of mouldy food. The store use to be good and was our regular grocery store. But I don't know now. We can't afford to buy mouldy food and keep returning it. It's ridiculous.
