Dinh Dinh Asian Foods

Nice market to get Asian food snacks and some cultural items. I was doing a project for school and need some stuff the lady at the counter was so nice and helpful. We even had a little chat about Toronto lol. I will definitely go back here and recommend others take the time to check them out and shop her if they have what you need.

I really love this store. They are organized, constantly evolving and for the most part they are reasonably priced. I don’t tend to buy fresh produce from here so I can’t share an opinion on that, but their frozen fish is really good, and I like that they stock different sizes of foods so that people can get a size that fits their family to minimize waste. They always have a box for packing large stuff and that is a great way to reduce plastic waste and to use the boxes their food comes in. Everyone is so friendly and they let you shop without feeling like you’re being rushed or watched, it’s a comfortable place to be.

Says they're open Sundays this wasnt the case for my visit therefore waste of time. I did go back another day. Friendly service, but beware of some items in the refrigerated section being beyond expiry date, also kimchee was rancid making me ill . Most of my order hit the trash after that. Waste of money.

I love Dinh Dinh! They've got many foods that are difficult to find in this area, and the staff are always very friendly & kind! I can't reccomended this store enough! 10/10

Honest to goodness I've supported this place since the early 2000s and I just love shopping here. The two ladies who I see most often, and all the rest of the staff couldn't do more to help you find what you need or in general. Yes, it is a little more expensive than going to a larger store outside of town, but let's support local as much as possible!

Clean, well organized and well-stocked. No butcher and not many fresh veggies, mostly frozen and non-perishables. Great noodle, sauce, and snack selection. Some good frozen meats too. Prices are a bit higher than you'd find in a superstore, but there are so many basic and specialty asian items that aren't available in any superstore within an hour's drive.

My favourite place to fulfill all my cravings. Sesame mochi is excellent, I love the Chinese sausage, I discover new ramen noodles I haven't seen in regular grocery stores, MSG great flavour enhancer and I always buy my miso soup paste and gochujang paste here. I'll often check the frozen food and try something new.

They have a really good selection and a diverse product selection. They are helpful. Whether you have never cooked an Asian dish, are trying new things, or are a Ninja level Asian food chef, this shop can keep you engaged in your cooking journey!

A pretty good selection, at a bit of a premium price. Makes sense though, it's the only place in st Catharines you can get the foodstuffs they supply!
