Foodland - Thorold

Theres this Cashier working here, I approached her as I was having trouble finding a few items in the vegetable section. I just asked a simple question that are there any other blueberries than which I found. Rather than helping me out she literally said take whatever you can see. Not only that, even at the billing she constantly used a rude and sarcastic tone than showing some respect to the customers ie - to me and there were other two girls ahead of me who were having an issue with their debit card and just kept on yelling them in a tone like “ you are not doing anything, either pay or leave I even asked the supervisor to know this cashier’s name and she literally refused to tell me a customer her name.nIf the owner is able to see this, as a request of a customer, please take some action on this particular cashier/employee

Whoever makes the sausage here is a wizard, the flavor and seasoning in the sausages are masterful. I feel unusually inclined to write a review and praise whoever is behind that.nnDefinitely try out the sausage here you won't be disappointed.nnGreat staff, pleasure to be around I haven't had a single issue with anyone ever. Meat deals are crazy here oftentimes.

Staff are very unhelpful. Act upset when you ask them a question. A Cashier intentionally ignored my question because I asked to direct me where I could get an item. Poor customer service. Only went here because of an Uber order.

I was kind of cold waiting for the bus after the thrift store so I was looking around at different stores. When I left this store there was a lady that said “ain’t buying nothing?” I said nope and she looked me up and down and looked at my bags from the other stores. I could tell she thought I was stealing. Look back at your camera footage and you’ll see I took nothing. My dad owns a business and even when he thinks someone is stealing he doesn’t treat them with that disrespect.

It was my first time visiting and it was a nice experience. The store has a lot of products at reasonable prices. The staff, for the most part, was really friendly. The store is clean and well maintained
