Amazing night out. First time coming here and the endless supply of different varieties of meat chicken and sausage was awesome. The salad bar was insane, just so much to eat and consume. The ambiance was lovely and our waitress Angie Cwynar was one of the best waitresses I have ever met in my life. So attentive, friendly and kept checking on us to see that our date night was going amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the strawberry cheesecake was out of this world! Totally mind blown. Will definitely be back and most surely can’t wait to bring out of town family and friends here. Great job Fogo, finally a restaurant in Chicago worth visiting over and over.
The restaurant looks very nice and pleasant, beautiful decorations and lights. The food meat was delicious and had nice seasoning. The salad bar has nice selections. Service was pretty confusing because we did not know who was our server. The guys with the meat did a great job and were polite. One the server was very nice with us. At the end of the meal we asked for the check and that's where the things went downhill. We gave 2 credit cards for the check to be split evenly, he was gone for around 15 minutes, came back and apologized that was a glitch at the computer but did not explain that the glitch was that he charged one of us 3 times the amount on one of the credit cards. Ended up speaking to the manager who said "The extra charge will fall off at the end of the night when they close the system". 24 hours later the triple charge is still there. That is enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
My wife and I agree that Copacabana in Toronto has overall better tasting menu and salad bar. However, this restaurant really had an overall great service! Everyone was very quick and friendly in their service making the experience overall great. We went straight with the all you can eat ONLY, and didn't go with anything else. They did offer a number of items, which we think was for additional charges. All in all we left very full and quite happy with the experience.
We had a fun fun time here. The food is delicious and the service was great. The salad bar is extensive and fresh. The meats are all amazing…even a simple chicken was incredible. The system they have in place is a little coaster next to your plate that you flip green or red to communicate whether or not you would like more meat or if you are not ready yet. It was hard to ever turn any down but your plate would get very full very quickly. We would highly recommend this place.
Amazing time with the family! The food is delicious, they have a wide variety of meats and a salad bar. The red sangria is my favorite drink in their menu, a must! Customer service is very attentive and made our experience a great one! Music and the lights set a romantic feel. Fogo de Chao is definitely the best place to celebrate.
Every thing was excellent. The point that you should consider, and I know now that I have come from there, is that all meals, salads, and steaks are part of your entry package, but drinks and desserts are not. A smiling witer comes to your table several times with a beautiful glass of drinks and offers you to try it the tone of the waiter and the manner of the offer is such that you imagine that these drinks are included in the package and does not say that you have to pay extra but in the end I paid a high amount for a drink that was not my choice at all ‍and I didn't like its taste and I just tasted it! The staff were very friendly and their constant care made me feel good, everyone was nice, especially Jason.
You have got to experience this restaurant. It is a high-end all-you-can-eat semi-buffet. The salad bar is the fanciest salad bar I have ever partaken of. Stuff you never see on a salad bar, such as Iberico ham. Then when you want to eat hot meat, you flip over a round card on your table next to your plate so the green side is up. That means you want hot meat offered to you. Turn it over to red side and the meat providers won't bother you. Want more meat and simply turn the round card over to its green side again. Each member of your party gets their own round card. Servers of hot meat roam the dining area and, when the green side is up, will tell you what they are offering and ask you if you would like some. You can have as much as you like but only take a single slice so you can try lots of them. Each server offers a different type of meat. From rib eye to chicken to pork ribs to "house specialty" steak to grilled cheese to many other meats. All for one price. Your waiter will explain all of this to you. Very professional friendly staff with a head waiter overseeing all of them. Due to being a steakhouse, probably not a good first date place but definitely a place to take your girlfriend/wife. Vegetarian options: I didn't try any but they do offer it. Kid-friendliness: There were many families with young kids there. Wheelchair accessibility: I went with friends and one of them uses a crutch and she had no problems.
This was my first time here with my wife and I. They're food is delicious and their service is great. They beat any steakhouse where we live. So many different kind of meats, vegetables, fruit, and dessert. I loved it. For sure a must if you never been here before. So so good

Simply amazing! Great atmosphere & very inviting. The food bar is simply elegant with so many choices for awesome foods. There wasn't a single time I tried that didn't taste delicious. Then let's talk the table side meat selections. Everything present looked and tasted outstanding. What a perfect evening dining with my daughter for my birthday. Thanks to all the staff who were very professional and welcoming.
