Great service with a friendly attitude. I stopped by to ask for a quote on fixing my back bumper  got to close to a white fence The receptionist told me their booking appointments for this and it would be a wait. However.....there was a young man in the office that overheard this and agreed that he would come and take a look RIGHT NOW. Not only did he look, he got some cleaner and spent several minutes removing the paint. I'm still left with a couple of scratches that went through the paint but I can live with that. And.......he didn't even charge me. Now that's what I call service !!Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

Definitely Recommend Fix Auto for any Auto Body Repair. Ricky in the Office Go's way out of her way to Help you. This is the only place I well ever go now if i need any Auto Body Work. This is my after the repairs and before the repairs

They did a awesome job fixing the truck and it was clean. and great people working there.

Terrible experience from the get go. The lady who works in the right side office is incredibly rude. When my car came back “fixed” with multiple issues unattended to - the staff argued with me trying to say the damage left over wasn't from the accident - thank god I had pictures to prove them wrong.  The front hood was missing a clip.  This exchange was long and painful but they eventually saw the comparison and had no choice.  The second time I received my car back “fixed” the charging outlets wouldn’t work.  I thought a fuse needed changing - turns out when fix auto “fixed” my car they didn't hook my battery back up properly.  They told me they didnt touch my battery and it was a car manufacturer issue - so I had to pay 150$ out of pocket for a mechanic to tell me who ever worked on my car last didnt hook the battery back up properly.  That lady at Fix Auto tried to tell me her mechanics didnt touch the car battery when they replaced the front end of my car battery snd someone else must have done work to my car in the 2 days I had it out of their shop. I backed into a poll in the parkade and scratched the back quarter on the passenger side, I gave it to fix auto chilliwack to restore my baby and they gave her back to me just like the day I drove it home for the first time.  Thanks FixAuto!Services:&nbsp;Painting

I have to give a shout out to the crew at fix auto.   Ricki, Melissa and Johnny give the most excellent customer service experience!  The workmanship performed on my repairs excellent!  The detail of my car after repairs most excellent!  I very much liked how they even washed my floor mats.  Keep up the great work!!
