They measured tires that have 3/32nds of tread remaining and said they are good for another 20,000 miles. 3/32nds is legally worn out. They also could not tell the difference between OEM Honda wheels that require Ball Seat style wheel nuts and after market wheels that require Tapered Seat style wheel nuts.

I have been an infrequent customer since 1981 but when I do have them do anything for me it has always come in under estimate and quicker than quoted. I recently brought in my RV with major exhaust noise. I have two catalytic converters, a massive muffler, and big expensive heavy duty piping and was prepared for the worst. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty gasket in an awkward space near the engine and quoted $235 to repair it. THAT was a big relief to hear but when I got the bill it was actually $60 lower than quoted because they were able to repair it in less time than estimated. Their honesty and integrity is second to none. I would highly recommend this long term Chilliwack business.
