Not only was Craig extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond his duty when he found a damaged plastic rear wheel fender. He repaired the fender even though not required to. The single greatest experience with a mechanic ever. While on our cross country roadtrip we ran into an issue with our breaks which spiralled into a major failure in the shop due to a part we had put on at a separate mechanic failing. From start to finish they could not have been a more understanding and helpful operation. They perfectly explained the issues that had come up, ran a full diagnosis on the entire van and communicated with the insurance and former mechanic on our behalf to fully understand the issue. The several day ordeal flew by thanks to these guys and could not come more highly recommended If there was an extra 6th Star I would with no hesitation use it on a mechanic of this calibre.
