I just purchased a beautiful 2022 Ford F-150 and I love it! Melody was beyond helpful through the whole process and answered every question I had and offered helpful information on top of that. The finance team was super helpful, got me a great rate and a great payment as well. Thanks again to Melody for being super professional, knowledgeable, friendly making it an awesome experience. They also included a full tank of gas which not many dealership do nowadays. Go to Melody if you want a Ford truck or vehicle. She is awesome!

Cory was a really down to earth salesman and made the experience a comfortable atmosphere. I was unsure going to Ford as I had never owned one before, being a Dodge guy. I settled for the 2022 F-150 Tremor and couldn’t be happier. I had zero knowledge of the vehicles going in but Cory got me caught up in what I have been missing out on. The sales manager and Brittany as well were very accommodating and I will no doubt be coming back for my wife’s next vehicle.

My AC went on my F350, brought it in and few hours later they had it all fixed for $150.. almost fainted...expecting a grand. Then sunroof quite, jammed up and bend up bunch pcs in there. Took it in and fixed it...$1200, huge job had to remove half the truck to get at it... thought that was a bargain. Now main seal gone so going back this week to get fixed. Very happy so far!

Was close to purchasing a Ford Bronco Sport and was helped out by Andrew. Ended up changing my mind, but overall had a great experience here. Andrew was super helpful, worked to get me the best offer he could for my trade-in above what anyone else offered, and got me as close to my budget as possible. He was flexible and if he was busy there was always someone else to help in the meantime. Everyone here was patient, kind, and very professional one of the more professional car dealerships I’ve been to - and I’ve been to a lot!. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. They had a good amount of inventory compared to other dealerships too.

Chilliwack Ford was fantastic! Had to bring my vehicle in for recall service, they set up a time, gave me friendly reminders, shuttled me home and picked me up. My vehicle was done in a timely manner and upon picking my vehicle up they gave me a voucher for a car wash. Excellent service, thanks to all. Oh, the service department personnel were fantastic super friendly! They must love their jobs!

Chilliwack Ford took all the stress out of my recent purchase. I had initially spoken to a sales rep at another dealership who tried to tell me there was a mandatory surcharge on the vehicle I wanted and added all sorts of ridiculous fees and costs. Thankfully I connected with Matt at chilliwack Ford through auto trader and he was AMAZING to deal with. Honest, respectful, and totally up front about pricing and fees. He made himself available on my schedule and responded quickly and clearly to all my questions. In office , Jared was amazing to finalize my purchase. Super nice guy, smart guy, and he was again very honest about pricing and any questions I had. It was no pressure. They gave me what I needed to make an educated decision. Would highly recommend to all my friends , or anyone looking for a new vehicle without the normal headaches of the average dealership. Would rate them 10/5 if I could.

Top level service all around! The level of knowledge the sales associate had in regards to my new electric F150 Lightning was greater than the knowledge possessed by any other associate for any other vehicle I’ve ever purchased! The dealership treated me first class I have only great things to say about my new purchase. I’d highly recommend Chilliwack Ford to anyone exploring new vehicle options!

Chilliwack Ford has been fantastic to deal with. Rick just took care of my need for a water pump failure that was leaking coolant. Fast on the service, Rick facilitated the quick procurement of the parts, lined up the service time and even had a tech stay late to get my truck back on the road and get me back to work. I haven’t had better service from a dealership. Great job and a dealership I would go out of my way to use.

Great customer service was given from the time I dropped off my vehicle for a recall part and vehicle maintenance to me picking up vehicle earlier than was slotted. She gave me a complete run down of the maintenance list that was done, and things that may need to be addressed original battery, showing it was needing to be replaced soon. No pressure to do buy one right NOW. This is why I think this experience was the best in my book.
