Apple Auto Glass

Phoned yesterday to see if I could get my car in later in the week or early next week - they got me in today and did a great job of replacing my windshield. Not only that but they washed and vacuumed my vehicle and helped by working around my work schedule. This was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend Apple Auto Glass.

They worked on our Kia Sedona... windshield replacement. Nice work, cleaned all the other glass including the side view mirrors, but there was a clunking with the wipers that wasn't there b4 the work. Asked Danny if he'd have a look at it, he dropped what he was doing, came outside and corrected it in 5 minutes. Not even sure it was their mistake, but he fixed it anyway N/C. Great service!

Had a rock chip repair done today. I don't usually leave reviews but their costumer service was second to none. I had my 3 and 6 yr olds with me who were besotted with the fish tank. The owners/operators were incredibly good with my kids even giving them a couple treats as we left. Sadly customer service such as this is almost a thing of the past here in Canada.

New to Chilliwack, had both cars hit by thieves in less than 18 months This time the drivers side window After attempting to get estimates from 2 other glass companies and going with best out of 3 It was Danny and Curtis that were the only ones who listened to the glass needs "drivers side window" even clarifying front drivers side window in all cases to other glass companies. Upon hearing the estimated cost it became very clear to me that all others had priced out a windshield. The customer service that followed next with this Apple shop was superb and of the level that it should be when someone has been hit by thieves or accidents - all family business will be coming to these guys for sure! Two other companies were made aware of their errors/omissions and loss of customers (plural as family members will not be using them either) Importance of this review? it is from a boomer and we all know how boomers feel about customer service Way to go guys for the 5-star customer service

Got a good size rock chip in my windshield. I called them and they took me in right away. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the repair was nice and quick too. The repair to the chip is less visible than I expected it would be.
