I'm not a competitor as he claims the other reviews are. I was told totally different stories by the the manager and the mechanic which led me to believe there were trust issues in dealing here. They quoted me $1200 for a used transmission plus 8 hours labor to install it for another $900. I got the transmission fixed at another shop for $1100 total.

$3000 for a new rebuilt transmission, and at 30,000km the same problem  occurred no reverse, took it back couldn't explained anything ,other then he could fix it but it would Cost me another $ 1500 ,

Quoted a price and a time frame and hadn't even started when it was to be already done and then changed the quote by more than double!  Also would not give details about why it would cost more than double original quote.  As well, they  said truck would be parked inside the shop and it wasn't and was broke into  👎 ...rear window gone and everything worth anything inside all gone!!!   Worst experience ever!
