Food was amazing..I didn't catch the delivery drivers name but I accidentally knocked my extra icing out of her hands onto my porch and she profusely apologized like it was her fault and offered to replace it. It barely spilled and I scooped it up quick. She was so nice. I wish there was an option to tip extra after delivery on the pizza hut app like there is on grubhub. People tip your drivers and be nice to them! They work hard. Will definitely order from this location again

Can't beat Pizza Hut for perfect pizza every time! Their quality is consistently above the run-of-the-mill pizza places out there. The ingredients are fresh and pleasing to the eye. You can tell the difference in a Pizza Hut freshly made pizza and the ones you get from any other chain pizza restaurant. Kudos to the delivery team, too. I've never received a cold or soggy pizza yet due their prompt delivery. Treat yourself. It's so worth it!
Store service is not at all good. People won’t listen to the order on phone properly . The order won’t be processed properly and when asked about sides they say it will be charged and when the order is picked up there won’t be sides or or complimentary dips to ad when asked they sayer didn’t charge and say sorry about it
1st time at a Pizza Hut in 20+ yrs..found out about Penfield Pizza Hut from a friend ..was in Webster shopping & my son & I stopped in...this place was excellent!!! Food was beyond great..Assistant manager served us & was absolutley wonderful..!!!! Very pleasent visit I will be back again!!! Thank you very much for a great meal..
I love pizza hut pizza and usually order from this location all the time, but tonight my pizza and cheesy bread sticks were burnt and hard, the pizza wasn't even cut like it normally ispictures doesn't do justice. This location is pretty good, but tonight was probably the worst I have had. I couldn't even enjoy the pizza and was bummed out because I live 30 mins away and didn't have time to wait for another pizza and breadsticks to be prepared. Hope they can turn it around asap
Clean establishment. I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was delicious! The crust was amazing and toppings were yummy. Im here again for a second time. Convenient location, close to other shopping venues.
So we've ordered from this location probably 100 times in the last two years. Over the last several weeks, we've noticed our pizzas having almost no sauce. To compensate, we've started asking for extra sauce. Pizza is still coming practically sauce less. Talked to your employees there's, and pointed it out. The response was basically "we can remake this for you but this is how we make them" . I said "even when we ask for extra sauce? I can move the cheese and see only bread". The response was a shrug. It's really unfortunate how downhill this location and the management has gone, as this has been our go to place to order from 2-3 times a week, but after today and the last few weeks, I don't think we will order again, especially if the resolution is a shrug.
My husband and I were delighted to find this Pizza Hut in the Baytown Plaza. We immediately stopped and eat in the restaurant. We had our 19 year old son with us. We got the Feed 2 Meal which included 1 large 1 topping pizza, 5 bread sticks and 8 boneless wing for $24.00. We added 3 fountain drinks and it jumped to $36.00. If I had known drinks were $4.00 a piece I could have taken the order home. Plus , unbeknownst to me it was a $1.50 upcharge for pan crust. I think it would've been nice the server let us all that But nevertheless the food was stupendously delicious. We had enough leftovers for our 16 year old daughter and for lunch for me and the 19 year old. And I must add that they had a rush of customers while we sat there and the workers did a terrific job taking care of the GrubHub and other drivers and all the other customer pick-ups and sit down customer. I gave them all kudos before I left.
