I've been going to this gym regularly for 2 years now and have consistently loved the classes. Jen & the Barre Fitness crew are the bomb! All the teachers are friendly, thoughtful and up beat. The classes are a great workout, but mindful of injuries and physical limitations. I would highly recommend Barre to anyone!

Wow. Amazing! Seriously the best workouts ever, especially if you struggle to stick to a fitness routine like me. They definitely keep you motivated that’s for sure. Plus Jen is an absolute gem! Highly recommended!

Such a welcoming environment, Jen always greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home! Great work out for any level, and I love that proper form and alignment are always a priority.

I had knee pain, hip pain and back pain. After attending Barre classes with Jen 3 to 4 times a week I feel 80% better. I no longer have to hobble down the stairs. The hip pain I felt when I sleep is gone. Working all those muscles really helped! I can't thank Jen enough for really changing my quality of life.
